First of all, let me say that I think it is ridiculous that ratings have become dependent upon mask wearing, as this is such a debatable hot topic that has nothing to do with a dining experience. That said, every employee was wearing a maskii and doing so properly. The staff was efficient and friendly and the food was fresh and delicious. Nothing like the aforementioned, review writing amateur that precedes mine. Every time I come here, the food is absolutely outstanding, and the service is great. Cammarone dishes are my favorite, and this place has amazing varieties. The house special Cammarones are some of the best that I have ever had. The enchiladas are also very good. It's definitely my favorite Mexican restaurant in all Central Oregon.
This restaurant is one of my favorites! The food is always amazing and their customer service is the best in Central Oregon! I am always impressed how much professionalism and kindness they show even when they are fully packed! The men in the bar section work very hard and continually check on customers! They are fun, will shake your hand, hug you, and connect with their guests! Customer service in other places has faded away but this restaurant fully understands what makes a business successful! I always leave happy and looking forward to my next visit! I recommend 110%
Chips with Queso was so good! Tried the tamales and they were my favorite. Huge shrimp, supper burrito was massive! Overall very happy with the food, loved the atmosphere and the waitstaff was attentive!
I went here for lunch.The food here was super delicious!!!!!! The service was extremely prompt and very friendly, too! And willing to help with dietary needs. Portions we big and the prices were really good, plus the ambiance was really nice. I seriously can't wait to go back here!
The ceviche . Love the atmosphere and the drinks are gold too! Not a bad place. There is a reason why the place is always busy and has been around a long while.
I've been let down by all the Mexican Cuisine restaurants in town.... until I stumbled upon this amazing hole in the wall not only did the staff continually check in on us and make us feel welcome, but our food came out fast, fresh, and delicious!! We can't wait to have some more! Fajitas were to die for oh and did I mention the prices were more tha fair! For both pictured dishes, strawberry lemonade and milk, was less than 36!
Ive been a few times over the last year, and each time has been great. Quick seating, great friendly service, and the food comes out quick and is tasty! I personally love the Verde Burrito. The pork is so tender and delicious. Looks like they have some fun drink options as well.
I don’t care what some reviewers may say about a Mexican restaurant that takes the big boat plate approach, like many corporate restaurants do, but El Rancho Grande is family recipes that look delicious on the plate. The place is colorful Mexican, great vibe and friendly service; I always love the outdoor patio in the Summer. Hands down, best Carne Asada tacos in Bend. They totally know how to grill the meat perfectly, and has that char broil flavor I remember from living in Arizona for 22yrs, with tons of authentic Mexican food. El Rancho Grande has always been an excellent experience in all the years I’ve lived in Bend, and I feel spoiled to know they’re just a mile away from me.
